Mark Lord not only has an in depth knowledge of the Ironmongery and Hardware Industry but is also hugely passionate about it.

Starting in the 90's at Thomas Laidlaw in the warehouse, learning the products and moving into the contracts office Mark realised that this was more than just locks and latches.

2007 Joined BJ Waller Ltd as their Warehouse Manager, quickly created procedures and structures to enable efficient running, employed key staff to ensure maximum performance.

2013 Became the Area Sales Manager for the East Midlands, building up the area enough to be self sufficient. 

2015 promoted to Office Manager 

2017 promoted to Operations Manager

2025 Set up Fixlock Ltd to provide our customers with the next level in Customer Service when dealing with Assa Fix products and services.
